How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your Rarely account and associated personal data, email [email protected] with the subject line Rarely Account Deletion.
Please include the email address, phone number, Apple ID relay email, Google account email, or other login identifier associated with your Rarely account. Do not send passwords or payment card numbers.
Verification
We may ask for information needed to verify that you control the account before processing a deletion request. If we cannot verify ownership, we may ask for additional information or decline the request to protect the account.
What Will Be Deleted
After verification, Rarely will delete or de-identify personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service, including account profile data, login identifiers where deletion is permitted, and optional support data that is not required for an active order, dispute, safety review, or legal obligation.
Information We May Retain
Rarely may retain limited records where reasonably necessary for completed purchases, shipping and delivery, refunds, taxes, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, safety, dispute resolution, legal compliance, or enforcement of our Terms. Retained records are kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
Timing
We aim to respond to deletion requests within a reasonable period after receiving enough information to verify the account. Complex requests, active orders, disputes, chargebacks, or legal requirements may require additional time.
