Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to Rarely, including the Rarely website, mobile application, pack pages, purchases, fulfillment, support, and related services operated by Guangzhou 5199 Advertising Service Co., Ltd. By accessing or using Rarely, you agree to these Terms.

About Rarely

Rarely provides access to collectible card packs, sealed products, product previews, order history, and related physical fulfillment services. Rarely is not a casino, sportsbook, lottery, or cash-prize gambling service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age required by law in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make purchases on Rarely. You are responsible for complying with local laws related to collectible purchases, imports, taxes, and shipping.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and all activity that occurs under your account. Contact Rarely Support promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

Account Suspension

We may suspend or restrict an account if we believe the account is connected to fraud, chargeback abuse, false claims, prohibited conduct, underage use, policy violations, or activity that may harm Rarely, customers, suppliers, payment providers, or logistics partners.

Pack and Product Rules

Each listing may include product-specific rules, product details, availability notes, shipping terms, claim windows, and refund eligibility. Purchases do not guarantee any specific card, grade, condition, market value, or resale outcome. By purchasing, you agree to the rules displayed for that product at the time of checkout.

Product Availability and Changes

Product availability, pack contents, displayed examples, prices, quantities, and fulfillment details may vary by listing. Rarely may update, pause, remove, or correct a listing when needed for inventory, operational, compliance, or error-correction reasons.

Authenticity and Condition

Rarely aims to list physical collectible products sourced through trusted suppliers. Unless a product page states otherwise, images, featured examples, price references, grades, and condition descriptions are provided for product context and may not represent a guarantee of a specific card, grade, market value, or resale outcome.

Payments and Checkout

Rarely may use third-party payment service providers to process purchases of physical collectible products, shipping, taxes, duties, and related charges. Payment methods, order amounts, applicable fees, and product rules are shown before checkout where required. Rarely does not store full payment card numbers. Transactions may be subject to payment provider authorization, risk review, fraud checks, refund review, and dispute handling.

Rarely does not offer cash-out, wagering, monetary prize redemption, sportsbook-style outcomes, or conversion of collectibles into cash balances.

Taxes, Duties, and Fees

You are responsible for any applicable taxes, customs duties, import charges, carrier fees, currency conversion fees, and other charges required by your location or payment method, unless a product page states otherwise.

Shipping, Returns, and Purchase Issues

Shipping, return eligibility, damage claims, and missing package requests are governed by the Shipping and Refunds policy and by the product rules shown before checkout.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility depends on product status, fulfillment status, payment review, and the rules displayed before checkout. Completed pack purchases, processed orders, and fulfilled physical goods may be final sale unless required by law or unless Rarely determines that an error occurred.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an issue with an order, contact Rarely Support first so we can review the order, fulfillment status, and available remedies. Accounts connected to abusive or fraudulent disputes may be restricted.

Prohibited Conduct

You may not abuse promotions, create fraudulent accounts, reverse engineer the service, interfere with pack operations, harass users or support staff, submit false claims, violate intellectual property rights, or use Rarely for unlawful activity.

Intellectual Property

Rarely, the Rarely logo, website design, app design, text, graphics, and service features are owned by Rarely or its licensors. Third-party card, brand, player, team, league, and grading names may be used only for descriptive product identification where applicable. Rarely is not affiliated with any third-party rights holder unless expressly stated.

Service Availability

We work to keep Rarely available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service for maintenance, security, operational, legal, or business reasons.

Disclaimer

Rarely is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that the service will meet every expectation, operate without interruption, or produce any particular collectible, market value, grade, or resale result.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rarely will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, loss of goodwill, or changes in collectible market value.

Apple App Store

If you download Rarely from the Apple App Store, Apple is not responsible for Rarely, third-party payment processing, fulfillment of physical goods, support, refunds, disputes, or claims related to the service. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms where required by Apple platform rules.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Rarely after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
